We have a top tier coaching salary, assistant coaching salary, stadium, fan support, recruiting base, conference(TV deal & exposure) and other facilities.

The only think we are lacking is the history of a Alabama, USC, or Notre Dame.

+ 5 million per year

yea, A&M in the middle of Houston and Dallas for recruiting plus all the above definitely makes them a terrible job destination...
