Honestly the only food I have stronger love for and opinions on than fried chicken is Catfish. That, and bbq.

So Hardy are you saying you like or hate Fried Chicken? If love, have you been to Two Sisters? Pretty much one of the best in Jackson (except mine but I use the Ad Hoc recipe....hard to believe but Thomas Keller, of French Laundry fame, has the best recipe ever)
