A lot of it is delicious but a lot of it is not worth it to me. JMO.

Honestly, it depends on the kind of work you do. A sedentary, office-like job is not a good match for hearty, rich food. If you consistently bust your physical arse then it is perfect.

A lot of what they SHOWED is not worth it to me either. There's some southern food I don't like either, but I just worry about the good stuff.
e.g. I have never heard of 'livermush' for what it's worth....
