re: my ex left me again and its tearing me apart (Please give me some advice/insight)

I love her unconditionally like a parent loves their child. No matter how bad your kid is you always love them. That's how I feel about her.
I know I shouldn't be with her. It's just hard to get over her. She promised she would spend the rest of her life making things up. I believed her.
She's insecure with herself. Which leads to her to have trust issues and she sometimes sabotages our relationship.
I don't get how she can go from being so loving/caring and saying we would get married to leaving me and being a cold hearted sob. She talked to my previous ex for hours last week to see if we had anything going on (my ex is seeing someone now) and even told her if she talked to her she would stick by me. But after she got the answer that me and her are not doing anything behind her back she then rebuffed in her offer. It's like she just wanted to make sure I didn't have her if she decided she leave. Then she tells me on Friday via text that she will contact me when she is ready.
No matter how much I told her that im down in the dumps in my life (career and financially which she caused) she just gives this non chalant attitude.
I told her to tell me if we are truly over and she doesn't care or love me, she won't.
She keeps playing the victim in this. When I said I need to know so I can move on I get nothing from her. How hard is it to just tell someone that it's over and move on. I feel she is just playing a game now
