My brother in law who is looking into one of these dogs has PTSD to the point where he is on disability because he can't work with others to hold down a job, can't be in crowds, and is taking all his college courses online. But this is a guy who did 3 tours in intense combat roles.
And if this woman really does have PTSD, anybody who has ever dealt with somebody that does have it shouldn't be surprised if this woman overreacted and deserved to be called a bitch. People who really have PTSD can kind of be dicks to strangers over very small things. I've been in the car with my brother in law when he followed somebody 2 miles out of his way just to cuss out a guy who tailgated him for a couple blocks.

I agree it's likely she did more than simply ask them to stop talking to the dog, but that doesn't mean she deserved to be harassed and called a bitch. The players could have just walked away.
