It is amazing how people can't understand this simple fact.
So, it's ok for cops to kill simply because they can? I didn't see any officer threatened with deadly force in that video.

People gloss over how deadly blunt or edged weapons can be. However, (GIVEN THE LIMITED VIDEO PROVIDED!) this subject did not seem to pose too much of a danger with the way he threw the first rock. If that had been Roger Clemens chucking a rock at me from that close distance? Damn skippy he's getting shot.
As to the availability of Extended Range Impact Weapons due to the size of the department; oftentimes, smaller agencies can equip themselves easier than large ones due to federal grants.
