Well, he did say last few seasons so.....

2008 they were very good.
2007 they were absolute shite.
2006 they were mediocre

You really just throw shite at the wall and hope it sticks, don't you?

LSU Defenses against Power 5 Opponents

2007 4.2 (5) .29 (22) 35.1 (24)
2008 4.9 (45) .37 (60) 32.5 (16)
2009 4.6 (17) .22 (8) 36.7% (36)
2010 4.9 (26) .29 (19) 33.3 (8)
2011 4.0 (2) .16 (2) 36.8 (36)
2012 4.3 (7) .24 (10) 31.5 (9)
2013 5.1 (34) .32 (34) 39.5 (63)
2014 4.9 (26) .28 (17) 37.16 (33)

Considering the embarrassment of riches on the 2011-12 teams, I'm not particularly upset with Chavis moving on based on these statistics and the numerous collapses at the end of halves (and games).

So, aTm, this is what $1.7 million gets you.
