My Engineering professor just got back from some academic boards meeting in Alexandrea, and he said he didn't think it was possible to be less optimistic about the Current state of Louisiana public education. But somehow he managed to come back more concerned . He also noted that recently something has been put into place to protect healthcare a little more.
