Dabo is the best recruiter in the game. He's got a recruiter at DC in Venables who spot recruits 2-3 absolute studs a year and he's been awesome at closing on them (got us Wilks this year). He's got Scott and Elliott, two bulldogs who got great ties in Florida and Georgia respectively.

Scott is carrying over the work his dad and Dabo started in the panhandle/Tampa area of Florida. That's close to a Clemson pipeline at this point, and it will only get stronger now with Ray Ray's dad and all his connections. Elliott is doing all kinds of work in East Georgia which is where Danny Ford made his money back in the day. Those two are some of the best in the biz.

As some mentioned, facilities are on a major upswing, the campus is gorgeous and it has an SEC feel on game day. Clemson also has an awesome football brand with the paw, the Hill, and the excitement of guys like Spiller, Watkins, and now Watson.

People can hate and doubt on Dabo as much as they want. I was one of the biggest ones out there. I wanted no part of hiring him and absolutely wanted his arse fired after two seasons. But the dude has changed everything about Clemson, and it goes so far past what most people know. Clemson doesn't lose the games they're supposed to win anymore. They have something like the second longest double digit win streak against unranked teams in the country. No longer is there any "Clemsoning". Clemson has more victories against the SEC than anyone not in the SEC. He's beaten 5 of the 6 active coaches with National Championships.

The dude is going to succeed. He's pretty much proven that so far in his life, no reason to doubt him now.
