He decided to fix the defensive coaches first. Those results spoke for them self last season. This offseason he went about fixing the offensive coaches. Wouldn't surprise me to see similar results this year to what our defense saw

Im pretty much positive that Partidge is the only coach that he actually wanted to keep.
