The student athlete has to be age 21 to sign the NLI himself. Only 1 parent/guardian has to sign. The parent can fax the signed NLI, they do not have to be present.
All this drama between CeCe and Byron is comical.
It "used" to be the hat trick - now kids are witholding the damn NLI's for added attention/drama.
