From what I've read, our defensive coaches actually had been "coveting" him on the defensive side for some time, even before the injury. Grantham and Lakatos liked what they saw and wanted to move him and then approached Richt, who approached the offensive coaches. It started and continued from there and wasn't necessarily related to his injury.

I like Tramel terry as a DB but I also think he's just a great athlete and will do good wherever. Just hope this is the year he puts it all together. He will get some playing time this year
