Now that Muschamp's job is done, where will he go?

Will he head to the Falcons with Dan Quinn? Or will he go to the Seahawks and take over from where Dan Quinn left off?
Or he can just run the Auburn program into the ground too. I will be okay with that.

Sorry about raiding your state

Are you implying that Muschamp's job was to destroy the Florida program from within, or to be Auburn's negative recruiter?

Nugget would you explain your avatar? It scaled too small for me to make out what sort of little bro theme it is going for.

Mad about Cowart, Muschamp, or not beating Auburn in like 50 years. Or all three?

Muschamp, still mad for Ga Southern getting 400 yards rushing and winning in the Swamp. Foley should have put some conditions on his buyout.

No, his mistake was not firing him no later than 5 minutes after that Ga. Southern game.

I did hear (not sure if it's a rumor) that in the contract Muschamp was not allowed to recruit any player in which he recruited while at UF. Now whether or not we enforce that on him, who knows. I say withhold his buyout payments.

He could recruit any player that Auburn already had contact with so no Florida can't do a damn thing about it.

I think he comes back for another year to skull frick UF in their own backyard. I think he takes great pride in watching UF struggle with McElwain on and off the field, while AU competes for a playoff position with some of his recruits. If he makes AU a good D next year, he will be able to write his own ticket again.

I think you should have paid more attention in school.

What struggles are we talking about here? You are aware that Muschump has not seen UF play while being coached by Mac don't you. Surely you know this.
What off the field struggles? Haven't seen many struggles in the 3.5 weeks he's been at UF.

I imagine he'll stay at Auburn, 2 seasons but clash heavily with Gus (he hates the Auburn offense and has publicly mentioned that he doesn't understand why anyone would sign to play defense for that type of approach).
On the whole he'll improve the Teagles D a bit but not greatly and undermine their recruiting a bit (given that he left his last two jobs with less talent than they had when he was hired this is hardly a stretch - - man can coach x's and o's but really struggles to identify and develop talent).

That's the Auburn "look the other way" attitude we all know and celebrate. How did Lance do it similar situations?

I initially wanted him fired after the loss to Mizzou that year.

The off the field struggles I am talking about, are convincing recruits that his program will be successful in the SEC. Muschamp could hang his hat on his Defenses, McElwain will struggle on Offense next year again and will see a drop off on D. I do not think most UF fans will be patient enough for him to turn things around in the three seasons it will take.

This last part here is nuts, if Muschamp wanted another college HC job this wasn't the way to go about it, I can't see a major program offering him a job for at least 5 or 10 years- NFL DC or Mid-level HC (say Arky or MSU level, maybe KSU when Snyder retires, etc)
You don't fail that badly and get offered another HC spot at the top level immediately. Look at what I think we can all agree is a far superior coach (with a much, much better track record) in Rich Rodriguez, after flaming out at Michigan he had to go to a mid level team and even though he's basically turned Arizona around he didn't get any serious offers this season.
