How is it embarrassing ? To you? Personally?

No, but losing a top in state target is not a good thing no matter how you slice it. Have to lock up the in-state guys, especially the ones we were trying so hard to get.

How do you "lock up" teenaged boys?

I think targeting every "in state" player is very overrated.. we can't recruit every player from the state of Georgia and there are plenty out there that can and will contribute.

Sometimes being "in-state" works against us. Like others have said, some kids just want to leave the state and having a better overall football program doesn't mean squat to them.
