Team is starting to look beastly.
Love Coach Herb and the way he's physically transforming us into a tough, physical squad who looks like Alabama getting off the bus, and that's coming from a guy who threw shade at him when we were in the waning stages of tStreak (cut me some slack, I was melting

There are several parts to building a championship program in anything.
1. Organization
2. training
3. development
4. Recruitment
5. retention
6. Leadership
and last, but not least, excitement, emotional attachment, SWAG! Without the last one it is more difficult to continue the other 6.
