I had sex with near unconscious girl in college before and I was drunk as well. And it was the first day we met. I'm glad she was cool about it in the next morning. She could have put me away in jail for 20 years if she wanted to which is a scary thought.

Yeah...we have all had those....and you are right, it could have got ugly.....but it seems like these guys went far beyond anything of that nature and it was an assault/rape with documented evidence.

Did you take pictures and send it to people, tag other guys to go at it with her while she was out, stick a water bottle where it don't belong, try to destroy any evidence that you had sex with her afterward and claim that she was sick and you took care of her the next day?
