to be fair to russell, there are a lot of busts that would have busted equally as hard with the raiders.
Putting Russell on the Raiders was like mixing oil... and an already lit dumpster fire.

Al Davis was the owner/GM and Lane Kiffin was the head coach... That about says it all.
