Criminal Mischief means he damaged property valued at less than $500 dollars.
Here he is charged with committing either cm 2 or cm 3 and the victim is a spouse, former spouse, parent, child, baby momma, present or former household member or someone he has or is dating/engaged to.

So that could be as simple as breaking someone's iPhone 6, for example?
