Nolan's ego got the best of him.I hate he resorted to this state because I was proud of his accomplishments,and supported him from day one.

Early in his stint,he would take the blame for the losses,in the end,he blamed everyone but himself.

He is bitter by his own doing.Too bad for his self worth,he could have been appreciated and respected here by all instead of being mired in the dung that he dipped himself into.

I hope someday he can defeat the demons that are in his mind.
