Will it really make much difference?

I guess my question would be how many transfers are "forced" as opposed to just being told they'll never see the field if they stay.


I may be completely wrong but I assumed it was the latter scenario a vast majority of the time.


I guess it could help insofar as their current coaches/programs having much more incentive to help them find a new school/program even if I imagine that's already a normal undertaking.

Impossible to know, and great question. Just pulling a number out of my arse, but I'd guestimate 50/50. Half got their schollies pulled. The other half want playing time.
