How do you think you did in the interviews? Are you looking for a big firm or small?

I think I did well. It is a medium-sized defense firm specializing in general civil litigation and insurance defense.
I mean, you never really think you kill them, you know? She did give me an aggressive command to call her before the end of the week, which I took to be "hey, this is yours unless something pops up." Is that fair?

Remember the Seafood burger idea I was telling you about? Well I had some leftover crawfish and shrimp from a boil this weekend and figured experimenting for a Roast worthy meal was in store...
Peeled and chopped until I had some very small chunks
Mixed with Italian seasoning and Tony's... Panko, and three eggs
Pan cooked and put on a Hawaiian Bun... And holy shite it's the best thing I've ever made
