I think Schottenheimer will make changes. He brings a lot to the table and CMR wouldn't have hired him if he wanted business as usual. I'm looking forward to watching him work with our talent.

As for the x's and o's, I think he'll do fine if he has a quarterback that can perform. From what I've read, that wasn't always the case in the NFL. He just needs to adapt to the fact that college players have a lot less time to learn than pros. The plus side is that college defenses are a lot easier to fool.
