Doesn't matter. He should be reeling off conference titles at least every other year or he's shite.

Why would it not be "fair", isn't the relevant question how fast and how well you "turn around" the program you are at?
Other coaches have turned around programs or built them out of nothing in a few years, and won conferences, why is the standard lower for Pinkel? Can you explain that?
