It's a completely corporate and stale environment and always has been. It was like that even in the days of tGSOT. They were much more fun to watch on TV in those days than to actually go to a game.

Started with PSL's. On average, you're not going to get the blue collar fan to pay for PSL's. Follow it up with a stadium that is not conducive to tailgating in any fashion. Then get inside the stadium and it is all stale and boring with more interest in selling ad space than providing fan entertainment.

I have always called them the anti-Chiefs when it comes to fan support and fan experience.

btw - if they go to LA and are this abysmal...there will be zero fans in the stands.

I'm just so confused how STL can be so loyal to the Cards and not give two lucks about the Rams. Y'all won a Super Bowl in the past 20 years, you can't ask for much more than that. I would hate to see what would happen to the Cards if they were terrible for 5-10 years.

Being a Royals fan, I don't care how bad they are, I would fight tooth and nail for them to stay in KC.

Different cultures I guess.

Spot on.

They're attitude from the beginning has been "Here we are you lucky bastards!! Come support us.", with no real interaction with the community. And what little civic things they've done have never felt genuine. An aloofness to the whole Rams front office.

The Blues and Cardinals have been MILES ahead in courting fan support and charity type work.
