So I know it was reported that he was interviewed in New Orleans for the DC spot, but is this more recent?

Would it be for the DL coach?

Man this brings about a ton of questions.

He'll go to LSU. We aren't beating out anyone for Orgeron. We cheap as hell.

Disagree. We could have gotten Diaz for a shite ton cheaper but instead we decided to again set the precedent for our DC pay.

MSU does not make big splash hires. It would cause too much excitement in the fanbase.

It is looking like no one wants Orgeron as their DC.

They probably split a 20 oz diet coke, told Ole Piss jokes for 15 minutes and shook hands then left..

Yeah, I listened.

That was the extent of it, and since he said that this morning, and it was tweeted out, all after the breaking of Diaz hiring, many believed that it was about a position coach opening.

The tweet where they said it was before Diaz's hiring must have been covered off the air, hence the excitement beforehand.

Hope I could clearly summarize the above posts for you.

Orgeron was quoted in the Memphis paper this morning:

"Uuugh, bwaaaagh, ucheeest, uuuughuuuuu, erghhhh."

They failed to publish a translation.

Orgeron is not worth the money he wanted, especially if he only hangs around for one year. Diaz is the better choice

Do you care how much we pay for a football coach? I've never understood why some fans praise Mullen for hiring cheap(er) help, especially after the SEC Network.
