Big fan of Jim. I hope he can right ship, and honestly with the talent I think he has the pieces to do so.

IMO our biggest player needs for next year are, in this order.
1) OL - for any of our current OL to believe they are ready for NFL is being overly optimistic
We need 2 ready to come in and play and a couple need to reconsider leaving early.
2) WR - Weakness for a while. We need numbers to come in and better coaching when they get here. We have some talent remaining but they were poorly coached. Sorry, Chris Leak but the truth hurts.
3)Better QB play and if possible we need to land 1 top QB for the future. I think Will Grier is the best fit we currently have for what I believer our offense will look like. Treon Harris, talented but too inconsistent, maybe coaching?
4)We need depth at LB. Great news about Morrison coming back next year but we need a couple more in this class.
5) Don't forget the kicking and punting game.
I am confident that the new coaching staff is going to get it done. Go Gators.
PS - a couple pass rushers wouldn't hurt either.
