Coaching tidbits
I also was told to keep an eye on the head coaching jobs at both Georgia and UCF to potentially come open in the the coming days. One of the sources I spoke with said he heard Mississippi State head coach Dan Mullen would be the leading candidate if Georgia ends up looking for another head coach. Bulldogs athletic director Greg McGarity spent 18 years at Florida before landing the job in Athens and developed a strong relationship with Mullen when he was an assistant on Urban Meyer’s staff. Many assume Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart would be the leading candidate, but this source was led to believe it would actually be Mullen.

No word on where Mark Richt or George O’Leary would be headed or how their departures would take place. If one or both of those jobs come open, the coaching carousel will continue to turn and more and more assistant jobs will come open.

That's generic horseshite.

That just says the job might come open in coming days.

That's very ambiguous.

The questions reporters were asking Richt after the game were if he was going to retire after the game.

Only one person on the internet said Richt would retire after the game.

Sure, Morrell heard something but he didn't hear shite....

And the ESPN's and AJC's didn't get the Richt Retiring After the Game from that post.
