See, this is how I know most people are not paying attention.

One team most assuredly had a better resume than TCU - BAYLOR. You know, the team with the identical record AND beat them head-to-head?

Both had close wins over teams that didn't do well during the regular season. Both had 11-1 records at the end of the season.

But no, TCU's resume was not better than "anyone else's". You can't use bowl results as some kind of time-travel aspect in determining who should have been invited to the playoffs.
