Do all these other conferences think they can compete with SEC teams because they beat them in bowl games? I mean yea, you won and it proves you maybe can compete. But thats doesn mean you can compete if you were in the conference all year. Going through an entire SEC schedule is much different than getting up and jacked for one game. I respect them for gutting it out and winning one game. But you cant talk shite unless you play 3 or 4 quality SEC teams a year.

What you say has merit, but let's not shift the goalposts when they no longer favor us.

I'm not bitching cuz we are gettin stomped. Im simply stating this because numerous posters from outside the SEC have come in and tried to act like all of a sudden other conferences are better than us because of one bowl season.

Bowl games determine what the better conferences are IMO. SEC appears to be overrated this year, but will still have a winning bowl record.

SEC from top to bottom is still the toughest conference in the country. Most other power conferences have 2 maybe 3 good programs
