Are these sites legal? I dont want to click on something and our IT Dept get a copywrite complaint for my computer.

yify.tv is not legal per se, but when you stream a movie, rather than download it via torrent, you basically have 0 chance of being hit with a cease and desist letter from your cable provider. so, there is basically no risk if you just stream
