Every fanbase has a tendency to do this. Sort of downplay your players' actions. LSU fans did it with JJ, Hill, etc. (although I really dgaf about hill getting a blowjob in HS from an underaged girl)
But Rolando seems even more of a thug than the typical SEC thug. He seems to be closer to Hernandez

He's done some really stupid things, but we don't yet know that he was involved in this. It would be odd considering the way he has seemingly changed in the past few years.
