I got an MIP once when I went to (not saying the bar) in neon gym shorts and a long sleeve t-shirt to pick my roommates up. I had an 8am and 1pm test the next day. There was a beer on the bar about 5 feet away from me as I was helping my roommate close out. Cop asked for my id, told him it was in my car and explained I had nothing to drink and was picking up my roommates. He literally drug me out by my shirt, threw me against the cop car, searched me(no pockets), and said if I didn't give him my ID he was bringing me to jail. A friend came out to check on me. He told her to "get her arse back inside or she'd be going to jail with me." I left me car running right outside bar, so another friend was smart enough to grab my wallet. Brought it over to the cop, he pushed him up against the car, etc, looked at my ID. Saw I was 20 and turning 21 in two weeks. Breathalyzed me, blew a 0.00, he let the other guy go, gave me a lecture about underage drinking and how I would have drank that beer and drove home drunk had he not stopped me...and then gave me an MIP and said I was lucky he was letting me off easy.
