I think the name he has made for himself at Alabama would greatly improve the recruiting at any school he went to. I think that he has honed his "process" over the years to make him very successful. Yall want to act like just anybody can win at Alabama. I remember Perkins, Curry, Dubose, Shula, Fran. Those guys had minimal success at Bama. Saban is in ratified air at the Capstone.

Whoa - to clarify, I'm in no way, shape, or form diminishing when Saban has done at Alabama, or saying anyone could do what he has done at Alabama.
What I'm saying is - there are different types of coaches for different types of scenarios. I'd argue Saban's best work as a coach was at LSU, not Alabama - but that's another thread
