If you made every college football fan vote, I would say 80% would say UT will never be dominant again. Yall will be around a 15-20ish program going forward. With as much money every school is willing to spend now, and the fact that every school has exposure, the schools with the easier paths to recruiting will be the top dogs for the most part. I have nothing against UT, I now live in Tennessee and it is a beautiful state. But the recruiting around Knoxville and in the state of Tennessee is just hard
