Look, I love Sammie and we will miss him but how does a receiver who caught 30 passes his junior year get into the first, or even second, round?

He's pretty one dimensional in what he does and he's not going to be able to just run by coverage in the NFL. I wish him well and hope he becomes the best receiver in NFL history but I just don't see what everyone else sees.

Because he'll probably put up top 5, if not the best, numbers of anyone at his position.

Run heavy offense plus a second good receiver on the team plus injury. Its not hard. He caught 42 passes last season in an offense that barely threw the ball. Demaryius Thomas caught 46 his Junior season and he went 22nd overall.

Stats don't mean shite. How hard is this to understand? The NFL doesn't care if you catch 40 passes or 100 passes. They'll take the guy who has the physical ability to get open against superior defenders. Occasional drops are fine. The NFL will take a guy who can score from 40+ yards out while dropping a few over a guy who can't get open but who never drops a ball every single time.
