Yeah. Her mom (my wife) is a two time survivor, diagnosed 21 years ago.

Still kicking and ornery as hell. Thankfully.

By the way, your advice is perfect about the debt-to-bullshite ratio. I've determined that most med schools are very good, and the one you can go to cheaply is usually the best decision. Thanks.

Good to hear, best of luck to the Mrs.

It sounds like y'all have looked into things and know what's up but if anything comes up I'd be more than happy to give any input. Another big piece of advice is for her not to study before school starts, just enjoy the summer.

And yea most schools are really good. It's definitely a situation where you get out of it what you put in. You can crush the boards and get the residency you want no matter where you go to school (US allopathic schools, it gets a little dicier otherwise with more competitive specialties).

Congrats. In regards to your daughter, my uncle is the head of the Pharmacology department at MCG and I will help in any way I can if she needs it. He's a nerd school grad too.
