I think if another team wins the SECCG the majority of people on this board would start using some kind of designator, but not assign full "Big" status. For example Big Six + 1. If that teams wins multiple SECCGs or NCs, then they would get full admission.

It would be interesting to see if the majority of people tried to kick another school out, or just expand it to Big Seven.

I've always heard it was simply schools that have won the SECCG and don't remember ever hearing anything about a "Big 6" until after Georgia, LSU and Auburn won it after the millennium.

Florida didn't win it's first SEC title until 1991, so it seems rather peculiar that they would have been a "Big 6" member before they'd ever won a SEC title. Not to mention that all the accomplishments of newer members during this time don't count if it didn't happen as a SEC member.

Moving the bar is just getting silly and making the idea of a "Big 6" laughable.
