Briles is really more taking a shot at say Jeff Long,etc..who may well one day return to Mich or the Big-10.

he's saying she's the ONLY one from the South, hence if there were more on the committee they would have advocated for Baylor(or TCU). Basically, he's singling everyone BUT her out.
