If it was truly about playing in the best stadium, why not go to Jerry's World every year. The fact that all the Championship games do not rotate is idiotic. Seem very reasonable to have each school "host" the game, rotating from state to state each year. Spreads revenue dollars around to each schools city areas. There is no reason to be scared of the ACC taking over in football. Georgia Tech is IN Atlanta already.

For one, the best stadium is about to be in Atlanta in 2 years. In the middle of a city. With museums (like the CFB HOF) and a park and tons of hotels and a subway system surrounding it.
So, that is why.

Because the best NFL stadium is going to be located in Atlanta in 2017.

Because that place sucks arse. Generic NFL dome surrounded by miles of parking lot. Most overrated CFB experience ever.
