I'd say most of the 90's up until 2009 or 2010.
There was around a 3 year lull in the late 90's early 00's.

I've been to the Hump a handful of times, first time around 89 or 90 and the last time 5 or 6 years ago. It had its moments in a couple of those games, especially when Gottfriend and Stansbury were both coaching. It was nothing spectacular though.
