I guess he could go to an inferior program than every other major job he's had, which also doesn't seem like a great strategy.

True, but why go to a place that has never achieved the level that other schools offering have ? He doesn't need another black eye on his resume.

A&M doesn't really help him in that regard, but your point is valid and is why I think it would be best for him to go to the NFL.

Going to a lesser school would diversify your resume, but what would that prove?

So, taking the same job at different locations is diversification? The only diverse thing about his move back to DC is working under a different coach.
