How are the expansion projects coming? Part II

you....bitch

he left on my birthday in junior high, and I thought my dad was playing a prank on me. it might have been the worst move Skip Bertman ever made as LSU's AD (not committing anything to the track program)

I really don't think Skip believed Henry was going to leave. That was his major mistake (that and Smoke Laval)
Still I think LSU track is in good hands....

Great to see all this amazing construction! The thing to remember is, with the SECN money ramping up faster than anticipated, every school in this conference will be boasting amazing facilities in the future!

Dennis shaver: we could do better, but we could also do MUCH worse. He's dealt a difficult hand having to replace Pat Henry. He's had some really tough breaks with the men's side having multiple elite talents being dismissed from the program. He also doesn't have the facilities that compare to his peers, though we've come a long way.

Like every collegiate sport, there's just so much parity these days. Pat Henry doesn't exactly dominate anymore. A&M, LSU, Arkansas, Florida, Oregon, and Florida State all have top tier programs now. No one will ever dominate like Arkansas men and LSU women did for the majority of championship history
