I never ended up hearing why he got kicked off. I was just curious if any of you know the reasons behind it?

I was told why, by somebody connected, and he told me not to post on boards about it.
Not drugs, sex, fighting or grades.
The dismissal was warranted.

I really want one of you guys to figure out what it was and tell me. I get ya'll are dropping hints, but they're sailing over my head. Basically everything you could do to get into trouble has been ruled out.

The only thing I can think of now is maybe stealing from someone on the team because I think that is why a player from a year or 2 ago got kicked off which might have been Brandon Holifield or someone else. only thing I can think of

assuming intoxication not classified as drugs, that was the first thing I thought of too, no idea, just thought of it though.

could it have something to do with bad mouthing coaches over lack of playing time? again... just throwing stuff out there too.. I have no idea...

Could this dismissal be reconsidered after the season (like the ND QB)? Or was the offense that bad that it would be impossible?

players have been suspended for that, but rarely ever dismissed,, probably something else.

Pinkel is a bit over sensitive about criticism, but at the end of the day he is a "player coach", he knows how to sit them down and talk to them, it's not that it COULDN'T happen, it's just not very likely.

Matter tweeted that Lee has been arrested on 2 counts of felony burglary and suspicion of felony stealing. Gabe stated that he has heard Lee was stealing from his teammates hence why he was kicked off. It all makes sense now.

I had a feeling that it had to do with stealing. we had another freshman two years ago get kicked off for stealing. Definitely can not have a player on the team that nobody can trust

I guess I can talk about it now.
He stole from his teammates too. Things went missing during practices, so they opened all the lockers up and found the missing stuff in his locker.
Pure cancerous behavior.
