Let's see.
Recruiting: Florida - much more talent just laying around in that state
Competition: Florida - much easier in the West and no Saban every day.
Facilities- Florida- not the best but better
Oxford or Gainesville for family stuff- Gainesville

Dude I'm from Florida. Oxford > Gainesville as far as towns go.

Florida's facilities are shite. It's amazing how many people that have never seen them keep saying they're better than OM's. They have lagged way behind in keeping them up. OM's are top notch.
