This has to be the most important thing Sumlin said in his press conference. (Yes, he took that many pauses as if he were choosing his words carefully). This can be interpreted to mean several things.

So for those of us who want to prematurely fill our jizz jars, it means we are waiting for January 1 so Foster can get his bonus and then come over.
(just me speculation)
