How long do you think Missouri will remain in the SEC East?

It's really just stupid to make them do that. I know the whole AL/TN/GA/AU argument (we all do), but I thought that it was stated when they were added that it was a temporary thing (one or two seasons). How do Missouri fans feel about it now that they have been here for 2 seasons? Not just for football either since you have obviously benefited from a "down East" since your joining.

Probably until another round of expansion.

Bama will keep them there for as long as they keep winning.

Might be a while then. I don't think the SEC needs any more teams honestly.

They need to be in the west and Auburn in the east, tbh....

Well if that is the case, then they should make Texas A&M and Missouri take turns being in the East each year while the other is in the West and switch up every year.

Either Auburn and Mizzou should switch divisions so they geographically make sense, or I have another idea: Create North and South Divisions instead. KY, TN, Vandy, Mizzou, Ark., GA, SC (or AL or Ole Miss) in the North with Fl, AU, AL, Miss St, Ole Miss, LUA, TAM in the South

Til the next round of expansion.
Missouri has shifted their primary recruiting focus from Texas to Georgia and Florida.
Can't just bounce us around to give a few Barners a bottle.

Don't really care. Being in the west would help keep our Texas pipelines which seem to be drying up.

FL/AU/LSU/AL
Too much power in one division.
I wish we had pods, but that won't work with 14 teams.

Why don't we just change it to a North and South?
North
Mizzou
Kentucky
Tennessee
Vanderbilt
Arkansas
South Carolina
Georgia
South
LSU
Auburn
Alabama
Florida
Miss
Miss St
A&M
North
Mizzou
Kentucky
Tennessee
Vanderbilt
Arkansas
South Carolina
Georgia
South
LSU
Auburn
Alabama
Florida
Miss
Miss St
A&M

I'm sure none of these teams will want to be associated with the word "north"
Maybe "upper south" and "lower south"

That would probably mess up FL and GA in the cocktail party since AU and GA would play cross division.

Well two of Mizzou's 3 closest schools are Vandy and UK
LINK
But the answer is when we add 2 more teams and go to 4 pods with 4 teams

I really don't see us going to 16 until about 10 years from now. The whole expansion craze has ran its course in my opinion. I know the whole tv market argument and all, but now that we have the playoff and everyone now HAS to play a Power-5 opponent, there is really no reason for expansion.

east - vandy, auburn, sc, georgia, ut, florida, uk
west - tamu, lsu, arky, ole miss, msu, mizzou, bama

Never going to happen. First Auburn would squeal like hell. And now Auburn-Georgia is the best cross divisional game to offer the networks.
But that changes when Bama/Tennessee is played with good teams, or Florida/LSU.
I have said this over and over. Add Virginia and North Carolina, move Missouri to the West and quit.
