bullshite. I live in what everybody assumes is the most racist state in the country, but you'll never find the same disparity in (police race)/(total population race) anywhere in Mississippi, and you won't come close. I've mentioned this before and got a lot of Yadda, yadda, yadda answers. It's plain to me that Ferguson is a seriously screwed up town.
