Oh, that is Savage Tiger, real name, Phillip Manley (he posts videos under he real name on youtube.)
He is the EPIC CLEMSON FAIL fan, that was arrested several years ago.
He worked at Arby's.
He stole the safe from Arby's.
He wheeled the safe behind a China Wok restaurant.
He then went to WalMart to buy tools to break into the safe.
He FAILED to break into the safe and gave up.
He was picked up hours later, arrested, booked and convicted.
