Wrong. If Tech wins against FSU then we go to Orange. Winner of ACC Champ gets automatic bid to Orange Bowl. If Winner of ACC goes to playoff, then the next highest ranked acc team goes to Orange Bowl.

Not wrong. Your IF wasn't part of scenario. I hope a 3 loss Tech team does beat FSU.
Scenario for Orange remains Louisville has to become 2nd highest ranked ACC school.
