I wouldn't call Julio an elite WR, but rather an unbelievable athlete who plays WR. I would describe Henry the same way.

You're getting into quite a gray area. Wouldn't elite athleticism better ones odds at being an elite WR? Julio is elite bruh. Top 5 athlete and top 10 WR, at worst.

Henry isn't going to go top 10 in the draft and dominate in the NFL. Julio was and is an elite receiver who occasionally drops passes looking ahead of the play. He also makes unbelievably ridiculous catches to make up for them.
